HOW TO USE

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 to 2 tablets in a single dose at night, followed by a glass (8 oz) of water or juice. Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur. Children under 12 years: Consult a healthcare professional before use. Directions of Use: Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Take two to three times per week. If results are not observed, the frequency of use may be increased up to once daily
