Items Eligible for Return:
For non-medical retail items only:

• Must be within 30 days of purchase
• Unopened and unused
• Original packaging intact
• Original receipt required

• Keep all packaging

Refund Process
When approved:

• Refunds go back to original payment method
• Processing time: 7-10 business days
• Bank processing: Additional 3-5 days
• You'll receive confirmation when processed

Safety Notice
For medication disposal or concerns:

• Never throw unused medications in trash or drain
• Bring them to any of our locations for safe disposal
• We participate in BC's Medication Return Program
• We'll ensure proper handling of all medical items
