Shipping Times: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping option chosen. For orders within Canada, please allow 2-7 business days for delivery. For orders within the United States, please allow 3-10 business days for delivery.

Shipping Restrictions: Some products may not be available for shipping due to legal restrictions. We cannot ship prescription medication outside of Canada. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. We offer free shipping on orders over $100 in Canada and over $150 in the United States. Our exclusive offers can reduce the free shipping offer depends on each customer.

International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada and the United States.

Returns and Exchanges: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. We do not accept returns or exchanges on prescription medication.
