Medicinal Ingredients :
Each capsule contains:
UC-II® Collagen Complex : 40 mg
  Containing 27.2 mg of chicken sternum cartilage (Gallus gallus) providing:
    Total Collagen : 10 mg
    Unhydrolyzed Type II Collagen : 1.2 mg
NEM® (Natural Eggshell Membrane) (Gallus gallus) (egg shell) : 500 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients : Microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), potassium chloride, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), stearic acid, silica.

Recommended dosage (adults): 1 capsule daily or as directed by a physician. Consult a physician for use beyond 8 weeks.
