Sleep aid that works quickly, lasts through the night with dual stage release
Ingredients/Key Active Ingredients: Non-medicinal ingredients (alphabetical order): colloidal silicon dioxide, corn starch, dicalcium phosphate, FD&C blue no. 1, FD&C red no. 40, gelatin, microcrystalline cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, shellac, stearic acid, sugar, talc, titanium dioxide. Medicinal ingredients: Melaton 10 mg per dose.
Recommended dose: Adults: 1 capsule per day.
- Take once a day, at or before bedtime
- Take once a day at bedtime, while travelling, and at destination until adapted to the new time zone/or daily pattern
Duration of use: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
