Medicinal Ingredient: Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 25 mg. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Gelatin, glycerin, polyethylene glycol, sorbitol, titanium dioxide.

Adults and children 12 years and over: 1 to 2 capsules every 4 to 6 hours. Do not exceed 8 capsules in 24 hours.
