Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 5 mg
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 30 mcg
Biotin (biotin) 45 mcg
Pantothenic acid (calcium d-pantothenate) 5.5 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: Brewer’s yeast, caramel, gelatin, glycerin, soy lecithin, soybean oil.
Directions: Adults, take one (1) softgel daily.
