Medicinal Ingredients :
Each Tablet Contains:
Calcium (Citrate) : 300 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients : Coating (carbohydrate gum, glycerin), croscarmellose sodium, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Recommended dosage (adults): 2–5 tablets daily, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a physician.
