Elemental Calcium 333 mg (Carbonate, citrate, fumarate, malate, succinate), Magnesium 167 mg (Oxide, citrate, fumarate, malate, succinate).
Also Contains: Modified cellulose gum, vegetable
magnesium stearate, purified magnesium silicate, triethyl
citrate, water-soluble cellulose, titanium dioxide,
polysorbate 80, Brazilian palm tree wax.
NO starch, gluten, lactose, shellfish, artificial flavours or preservatives.

Adults: Take 1 caplet 3 times daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after other medications. Store between 15ºC and 25ºC, away from children.
