Medicinal Ingredients: Each gummy contains:
Biotin 22.5 mcg
Folate (folic acid) 100 mcg
Inositol 5 mcg
Iodine (potassium iodide) 25 mcg
Pantothenic acid (calcium d-pantothenate) 2.5 mg
Vitamin A (palmitate) 300 mcg RAE (1000 IU)
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 1.5 mcg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 0.5 mg
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 10 mg
Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 2.5 mcg (100 IU)
Vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate) 3.4 mg AT (7.5 IU)
Zinc (zinc citrate) 1 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients:
Apple juice concentrate, carnauba wax, citric acid, corn syrup, fruit and vegetable blend, gelatin , maltodextrin, natural flavours (cherry, grape, orange), palm oil, pectin, purple carrot juice, silica, sugar, water.

Directions: Adults and children 4 years and older, take two (2) gummies per day, a few hours before or after taking other medications
