Reduces the severity and duration of upper respiratory tract infections and cold & flu symptoms, including:

Headache

Each capsule contains:
Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea, Stem/Leaf) 44.5 mg
Black elder (Sambucus nigra subsp. nigra, Fruit) 30 mg (50: 1)
White willow (Salix alba, Stem bark) 77.4 mg (15.5:1)
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 245 mg
Zinc (Zinc sulfate monohydrate) 12 mg

Directions (Adults): Take 2 capsules 2 times a day with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
