Latex free 100% cotton fibers. Comfortable to wear for 1 to 3 days with a gentle adhesive for easier removal and less skin irritation. Ideal for lighter workouts and activity.

Use alcohol wipes to clean skin of dirt and oils and trim any excess hair. Apply 1 hr before activity. Do not overstretch and end on skin, not on tape.
