Adults and children over 2 years of age: Apply Salinex® nasal spray twice a day (morning and evening) to help keep the sinuses healthy by removing excess mucus. Apply Salinex® nasal spray four to six times a day when symptoms of colds or allergies are present. Do not administer when the child's head is tilted back to prevent the liquid from flowing down the throat. Do not completely block or obstruct the nasal passage during use to avoid pressure in the nose or ears. Check that the nozzle is securely attached to the container. Tilt the head to one side, carefully insert the tip into the nostril and spray for two to three seconds. Repeat the process for the other nostril, tilting the head to the other side. Blow your nose. Clean the nozzle with lukewarm water after each use. For children (2 to 12 years old), the application must be supervised by an adult. Do not use the same bottle for more than one person.
