Ingredients

Source ingredients: glucose, citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride. Non-medicinal ingredients: purified stevia leaf extract, natural orange flavour, natural betacarotene

How to Use

Directions for use:
1. Empty the contents of one packet into 200 ml of fresh, cold drinking water (for babies under 6 months, use cool boiled water). Allow the granules to dissolve.
2. Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist.
3. Discard unused solution after 6 hours or 24 hours if refrigerated.
Continue with breast or formula feeding of infants, between sips of Hydralyte.

Recommended dosage
Fever, exercise, and heat
Drink Hydralyte when thirsty or exhibiting the signs of dehydration.
10-13 years take 1-4 packets per day
13 years-adult take 1-7 packets per day
For up to 3 days. For prolonged dehydration see your doctor.

Age: < 12 months, take in first 6 hours (ml): 400-600, max. per day (ml): 1300
Age: 1-3 years, take in first 6 hours (ml): 700-1000, max. per day (ml): 1900
Age: 3-6 years, take in first 6 hours (ml): 1000-1400, max. per day (ml): 2600
Age: 6-12 years, take in first 6 hours (ml): 1800-2400, max. per day (ml): 3900
