Each gummy contains:
Black Elderberry Extract 64:1 (Sambucus nigra subsp. nigra) (fruit) : 20 mg (Equivalent to 1280 mg of fresh elderberries)
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate) : 125 mg
Zinc (citrate) : 2.5 mg
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) : 500 IU (12.5 mcg)

Non-medicinal Ingredients : Cane sugar, tapioca syrup, purified water, glycerin, pectin, citric acid, natural flavours, sodium citrate, palm oil, sunflower oil, carnauba wax.
