Adults: Laxative: Take a single dose (2 to 6 capsulesat bedtime. Take 2 to 3 times per week. If results are not observed, the frequency of use may be increased up to once daily. Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur. Diuretic: Take 3 capsules 3 times per day.
