(in each 5 mL or 1 teaspoonful (tsp.)), Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 15 mg ...... Cough Suppressant
Guaifenesin (extra strength) 200 mg ..... Cough Expectorant, Menthol 15 mg ......... Analgesic
Inactive ingredients : Alcohol, citric acid, FD&C blue no. 1, FD&C red no. 40, avours, glycerin, monoammonium glycyrrhizinate, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, polyethylene glycol, propylene
glycol, sodium benzoate, sodium chloride, sodium citrate, sodium saccharin, water, xanthan gum.

Adults (12 years and over): 2 tsp. (10 mL) every 6 hours. Maximum 8 tsp. (40 mL)/day. Shake well before using.
Not recommended for children under 12 years.
