Temporarily relieves aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with one or more of the following: simple backaches, lumbago, strains & Sprains (involving muscles, tendons, and/or ligaments), and arthritis. Medicinal Ingredients: Methyl salicylate 30% w/w, menthol 10% w/w.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Aqua, emulsifying wax, stearic acid, cetyl esters, triethanolamine, oleth-3 phosphate, carbomer.

Adults and children 12 years of age or older: Apply thinly and evenly to affected area. Gently massage onto painful areas until absorbed into the skin. Repeat as needed up to a maximum of 4 times daily. If condition worsens, or if symptoms persist for more than 7 days, or clear up and occur again within a few days, discontinue use and consult a physician. Do not use on children under 12 years of age.
