Medicinal ingredients: Capsaicin 0.035%, Menthol 3.0%. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Water, Capsicum Frutescens Fruit Extrct, Carthamus Tinctorius Seed Oil, Carbomer, Diazolidinyl Urea, Ethanol, Methylparaben, Propyl Paraben, Propylene Glycol, Triethanolamine.

Adults, adolescents - apply thinly and evenly to affected area up to 3 - 4 times per day. Rub and or massage into skin until solution vanishes.
