Medicinal Ingredient: Each tablet contains:
Melatonin 5 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients (alphabetical): Calcium silicate, croscarmellose sodium, isomalt, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, natural mint flavour.
Directions: Adults: Place tablet under tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing. Take 1 tablet once a day, at or before bedtime. Jet lag: Take 1 tablet once a day at bedtime, while travelling, and at destination until adapted to the new time zone/daily pattern.
Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
