Medicinal Ingredients :
Each tablet contains:
Melatonin (vegetarian source) : 1 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients : Lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, peppermint flavour, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Recommended dosage (adults only): At or before bedtime, allow to dissolve under the tongue 1 tablet once daily or as directed by a physician.Jet lag: Take while travelling and at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern.For occasional short-term use.All uses except jet lag: For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a physician.
