Medicinal Ingredients per tablet:
Melatonin (N-Acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine) 10 mg
L-Theanine 200 mg
Chamomile extract (Matricaria chamomilla, flower) 15 mg, equivalent to 120 mg dried herb
Lavender extract (Lavandula angustifolia, flower) 15 mg, equivalent to 120 mg dried herb
Lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis, leaf) 15 mg, equivalent to 120 mg dried herb
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis, root) 5 mg, equivalent to 40 mg dried herb
Non-medicinal ingredients: Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, dicalcium phosphate, glycerol, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, silica, stearic acid, vegetable juice.

Directions: Adults, take one (1) tablet per day. Take once a day at bedtime, while travelling, and at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
