Omega-3's help support the maintenance of good health, cardiovascular health and cognitive & brain function. They also also help support the development of the brain, eyes and nerves in children and Vitamin D helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. NutraSea is PureCheck verifiable, and Friend of the Sea certified.
Fish Oil (anchovies, sardines and/or mackerel), Vitamin D3, EPA, DHA, natural flavour, tocopherols (soy), sunflower oil, medium chain triglycerides, rosemary extract, ascorbyl palmitate, gelatin, glycerin, purified water.
Adults and children 4 years and older take 1 to 2 soft gels daily.
