Medicinal Ingredients (per soft gel): Fish Oil (Anchovy & Sardine) 452 mg, Lutein (T. erecta-flower) 6 mg,
Zeaxanthin (T. erecta-flower) 1 mg, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 150 mg, Vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol) 20 mg AT (30 IU), Zinc (zinc oxide) 9 mg, Copper (copper gluconate) 1 mg.

Non-medicinal ingredients: FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Red No. 40, gelatin, glycerin, lemon flavour, silicon
dioxide, soy lecithin, titanium dioxide, yellow beeswax.

Dose (Adult): One (1) soft gel per day, or as recommended by
your health care practitioner, with a full glass of water and with
food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
