Each caplet contains:
Glucosamine Sulfate (glucosamine sulfate potassium chloride from shrimp/crab exoskeleton) : 750 mg
MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) : 300 mg
Chondroitin Sulfate (chondroitin sulfate sodium from bovine cartilage) : 200 mg

Fruit Blend (standardized to 76% polyphenols) : 100 mg
  Proprietary Fruit Blend of: Grape (Vitis vinifera), Pomegranate (Punica granatum), Strawberry (Fragaria vesca), Cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon), Blueberry (Vaccinium corymbosum), Raspberry (Rubus idaeus), Bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus)
Boswellia Extract (Boswellia serrata) (gum oleoresin) (standardized to 60% boswellic acids) : 50 mg
Turmeric 25:1 Extract (Curcuma longa) (rhizome) : 20 mg
Hyaluronic Acid : 7.5 mg
Manganese (manganese (II) sulfate monohydrate) : 0.75 mg
Boron (sodium borate decahydrate) : 0.225 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients : Croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, methylcellulose, stearic acid, coating (carbohydrate gum, maltodextrin, medium chain triglycerides), silica, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Recommended dosage (adults): 2 caplets daily with meals or as directed by a physician. Use for at least one month to see beneficial effects. Take with vitamin D and calcium.
