Open individually wrapped pre-filled Phemme sticks. Slide top portion of applicator out of the wrapper, leaving bottom portion in the wrapper. This will keep the applicator's dispensing area clean before usage.Using fingers, locate the applicator's protective tip at the bottom of the applicator - still in the wrapper - and break it away with a quick bending movement. Remove the applicator entirely from the wrapper. While sitting in a comfortable lying or sitting position with the knees bent, gently insert open end of the applicator well into the vagina. While inserted in the vagina, press the plunger to release the gel. Gently remove applicator from vagina, and replace in wrapper for disposal.
