Saw Palmetto for Prostate Health, plus Lycopene and Zinc

Zinc (Zinc Citrate)
Saw Palmetto extract (Serenoa repens, fruit)(85% fatty acids)
Pygeum extract (Prunus Africana, stem bark) (13% phytosterols)
Tomato extract (Lyc-O-Mato®) (Solanum lycopersicum, fruit flesh)(6% lycopene)
Black Pepper extract (BioPerine®) (Piper nigrum, fruit) (95% piperine)
Ginger extract (Zingiber officinale, rhizome) (5% gingerols)

(Adult Males) Take four (4) Liquid Soft-Gels per day with meals and a full glass of water (240 ml). May be taken all at once or divided throughout the day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Take with food to minimize gastric disturbance.
