Methocarbamol 500 mg
Ibuprofen 200 mg

Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 1 or 2 caplets every four to six hours as needed. Do not exceed 6 caplets in 24 hours, unless directed by a physician. Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms worsen and pain lasts for more than 5 days.
