The reusable hot/cold pack can be placed in the pocket of the support to apply thermal therapy for additional relief of low back pain and muscle spasms. Center pad in low back and tighten comfortably. Adjust side straps to
increase support in low back. Ensure proper fit as to not restrict breathing.
To apply, heat or cool gel pack as per instructions on package. Remove foam pad from pocket in the support and insert gel pack.
