Medicinal ingredient: each tablet contains: Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 2500 mcg. Non-medicinal ingredients (alphabetical): Crospovidone, Magnesium Stearate, Mannitol, Natural Cherry Flavour, Natural Colour, Stearic Acid, Sucralose.
Directions: Adults, take one tablet per day. Place tablet under tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your healthcare practitioner.
